After our interview I rushed over to 5th Avenue, went through seven layers of security, and caught the tail-end of the Celebrate Israel Parade. And a celebration it was! A sea of American and Israeli flags, lots of dancing, singing, and just pure sunshine. Counter-protests were pretty disappointing, a bunch of Neturei Karta and some Epstein-screamers. SAD.
