Read Batya’s book last year when it came out. Really well worth the read. I do t live in the US, but many of the themes and developments she writes about are relevant for the media in general.
Does "frum" have the same slightly preachy connotation "devout" has? Or is it just a descriptor of level of practice?
Oh! And I kinda sorta knew the word "frum" because of Jewish Matchmaker! Educational.😄
