I can’t make it on Sunday but following your conversation with the playwrights, I AM taking my mother to see the October 7 play tomorrow (Wednesday). I also plan to work with my Yale Jewish Alumni Association to see if we can help bring it up to New Haven. Or shame our Harvard colleagues into hosting the play in Cambridge.
I thought it was good and not too political, actually. Just told the story from the viewpoint of some of the survivors. I really hope it gets produced in other cities.
Chayaleah, I walk the beaches of Cape Cod every summer. There are some orthodox jewish families that come to our beach in Truro every so often. For many years Truro, Wellfleet and Provincetown were the only towns that jews were accepted in.
